FAQ
Find the answers about our ecosystem.
The Hab Project is the micro and mega-scale solution for creating a regenerative living culture as well as meeting our living space needs. Our foundational principle is respect for human beings and the environment.
It is an approach to daily living whose emergence in our global culture we seek to support, and according to which, our duty is to show more respect for the planet, appreciate the resources we consume, and return those resources to our ecosystems to continue the fluid web of life that has cycled for eons on Earth. Regenerative habits and processes in everything from our living spaces to landscapes to regions and more work not just to limit the toll humans have taken on our environment but make the air, soil, water, and ecosystems healthier than when we found them. Regenerative living might seem difficult on the surface, particularly in the wake of massive sustainability movements that are not working all that well, but it’s easier than we might think. Wood is one of the oldest building materials with the highest fire resistance. Wood is the only material that absorbs more CO2 than it emits. It is durable and renewable. As a building element it has high earthquake resistance. Wood is a sustainable material that is fully compatible with nature and is easy to recycle, has very good strength compared to other building elements similar in density, is compatible with other building materials, and can be very long-lasting when used correctly. Since it is easy to disassemble, a structure’s wooden materials can be reused in the construction of different buildings. It is easy to work and has good electrical insulation. Wood is a material with high bearing capacity, simple joint details, low weight, and a positive architectural effect.
Wood burns easily if circumstances allow it. However, it is very difficult to cause an industrial wood to ignite-it is too dense. At high temperatures steel becomes soft, so wood holds its structural integrity longer than stee l and concrete. In addition, due to the special materials used in our living space installations - for example, fire barriers, fire protective liquids, and fire sensors - our solutions provide a high level of fire protection.
No. We use industrial exclusive, preservative-treated woods.
Yes. We create projects with region-based solutions with careful attention to the harmony of your living spaces within the regional climate.
For all projects, module-based, quality sound insulation is provided, with special materials for indoor and exterior designs.
No. We complete the installation phase in an environmentally friendly manner with our special teams in the area where the projects are located.
For now, unfortunately not. But soon why not?
We can respond to this together, according to your region and the module you choose. Depending on the investment you make and the structure of your living space, you have a chance to recoup the entire investment in a very short time.
Except for lighting accessories and major appliances, we complete the entire project, providing a turnkey process which includes electrical and mechanical systems, kitchens, wet areas, etc., and with all finishing materials.
While conventional structures take an average of 8-12 months to complete, the anticipated completion time for a Hab is 8-12 weeks, depending on your project.
Yes, all processes proceed according to the legal requirements of the jurisdiction and scope of your project.
Of course. You can visit us both in person and online, where we continue to update our projects page.
It will vary depending on whether you choose the Step, Style, or Star segments and what type of region you develop in. You can be sure that we will offer you the most up-to-date and best price to avoid any surprises during the project duration.
