The R2 module is characterized by two volumes separated into public and private spaces. The first volume includes the common areas such as the living room, open kitchen, and study room. The second block is for bedroom units, which require privacy. These two masses are connected by the entrance space in the house's core, which creates a visual connection between the interior and exterior via its glass façade.
The R2D module is a double-height unit developed around an entrance block as the connecting core. A kitchen is connected to the living/dining areas on the ground floor, which opens towards a terrace. There are guest rooms on the ground floor and bedrooms on the floor above. The upper level is organized as a private zone with the childrens’ and master bedrooms opening to a linear terrace.
